PRICING

$225 a night per group Monday-Thursday, minimum 2 night stay
$450 a night per group Friday-Saturday minimum 2 night stay

check in is 3:00 pm
check out is 3:00pm

$125 for day rentals Monday- Thursday
10:00 am -10:00 pm no overnight stays

$1300 per group for weekly rentals Friday-Friday
4:00 pm  check in and 10:00 am check out

These rates are for a maximium number of 12 guests. An additional $50 per person for weekend rates and an additional $100 per person for the weekly rates, up to a maximium of 14 guests.

All check in and out times are fixed unless other arrangements are made with the owner.

We charge $10 per hour for early arrivals. Noon is the earliest arrival accepted.

Prices do not reflect a 5.5 % Sales Tax which will be added.
